Anna Hazare...what a lame farce!

My toes began to laugh when I read about this old man in India on national television fast to fight corruption. For his actions, I don't see him anywhere  near being a saint nor Gandhi. Just a laughing stock for Indians. ( I believe he has ended his fast )

Donkeys if given brains, would laugh by the ears for the one wonder action of this old man trying to defuse "corrupt" senses of the Indian masses. The fact is, the whole euphoria is one clown's game of absurdity.

In case you did not know, the word corruption and its actions stems from the backbone of Indians. When its their elixir, how does one curb it?

Another tale of the jackasses...don't you agree!

I heard, today in India corruption is so big and rife even for one to get married needs to bribe to obtain marriage certificates. Don't forget even hospital care too need to be bribed as well. Hey! What you know, the doctors in India are also on the take. I wonder if they swore allegiance to their oath to cure or to heighten corruption?

As much as these Indians will wither and rot anyway (which is a good thing), who needs such a dysfunctional 'faux pas' society.

Every Indian lives, breathes and swallows corruption. This ain't no new culture to them. They claim to be the best in everything they do, but in reality this is exactly what they do best - corrupt;  irrespective of who is on the other end whether on the take or no.

It's no use writing about old forgone Neanderthals; as much they're brainless they're also of little significance to society.

Indians are better ostracised.

...and this month of Ramadan ... I remember (2)

Quote, “Ramadan should not be an opportunity to demonstrate your personal faith by depriving others of their livelihood. It is also not a time to impose your own values onto others, especially those not of your faith. Just because you are the majority does not mean you ignore the rights of others. Might is not right.” Unquote
Ramadan in any time of a calendar year is NOT to tell the world just because we Moslems are fasting, you the other non-Moslem should respect us and try not to anger us. As the saying goes, “a hungry man is an angry man.”
If you think as a Moslem you're above all in faith and religion, then my friends, sorry to say  you’re far worse than a bigoted donkey.
Try not to tell or show others to have pity and sympathy on you. Honestly, the non-Moslems do have lots of respect for you Moslems but when you take your faith and religion to a different level making your selves Demi god, then sad to say you haven’t truly understood your own faith.
On the first day of fasting my Filipina colleague asked me, “Are our Moslem brothers and sisters began fasting?” And she being a Christian addressed her Moslem colleagues as brothers and sisters. In case you did not know, in the Philippines, Moslems are considered the minority and many live as fugitives. Such compassion from the Christians.
Now I ask you, “Can you Moslems accord as such to Christians?”
This is what the Party Islam Malaysia (PAS) is trying to tell the masses. Maybe you Moslems can learn a thing or two from these Filipinos as well.
I felt compelled to write this after reading an article with regards to the Ramadan Bazaars all over the country, and that it had hit its low point this time around and many stall owners have left due to rising cost and dwindling crowds patronizing Ramadan bazaars
What got me thinking is this – do all the proprietors selling food have true intentions to feed the fasting crowds or do they have sinister intentions to make “quick” money and get rich? Why do they sell food at prices quoted by restaurants and the like?
A combination of three ‘kuihs’ is sold at RM1.20 to RM1.40. Why can’t you sell at a dollar (ringgit) instead?  I know prices of essential goods have risen, so what!
Ramadan customers complained prices of food had risen and thus they rather tighten up their bellies with whatever and save the money for better use during Hari Raya.
MY RATIONALE : A true Moslem in the times of Ramadan should not even think of making a quick buck out of what he /she sells. If teh-tarik costs RM1.20 to RM1.40, must you sell it for the same price? Why can’t you sell the same ‘teh tarik’ a price reasonable and affordable or even less than some crazy restaurants.
Break fast buffets in hotels are a good example how greedy big establishments have become during the times of Ramadan. When I look at all these adverts in papers and billboards, I tend to query myself. Ramadan is INDEED the time to make lots of money from hungry people. How else not can I think if nasi, lauk, fresh oren and icecream and plus plus cost RM98++. Phew!!....kalau anda kaya raya oklah..tapi the others??
After all you claim to be Moslem and want to feed the hungry masses when breaking fast. How can you even think of cheating your own brothers and sisters on a holy month.
Do you even think of the ‘petani’ or ‘nelayan’ at all?
Do you think of the Moslems, “kais pagi makan pagi, kais petang makan petang?”
What about all those people below average earnings? Where do you think they would go for money if food and drinks are sold at ‘ridiculous’ prices?
Pernah ade ingat pade insan-insan kurang upaya atau anak-anak yatim?
Why give a shit or ratzass to the Malaysian Government’s price hike!
Pay your penance humbly after all you’re a Moslem.

The Store Supermarket ...

This is a complain. I know I’m gonna sound like a whining woman but I DON'T CARE.

This need to be told.

First the niceey niceey words.

Thank you the STORE Supermarket for opening up your unbelievable market from morning till sometimes midnight. And thank you also for the new upholstery you did to spruce up the store with all those fake gimmicks. I believe most ladies would have noticed all of that. I did too tho I'm a MAN.

But, I still hate YOU. Not only you employ stupid people but some are dumber than a plank. I don’t blame you for that but still hate you anyway for your idiotic ways of waiting on your customers.

3 days ago, morning, I walked into the grocery section to get my weekly dose of veggie and stuff. Unfortunately, I was dismayed by the state of vegetables put on the shelves for sale. Sad to say the vegetables looked dead. Even donkeys, I can assure you wouldn't eat the veggies.

So, I bypassed all the veggie and went for some tomatoes – goshh!! the tomatoes looked they had been used as tennis balls. Who would buy flat tomatoes anyway?

Anyhow, I carefully selected four out of the hundreds from a wooden bucket and handed it over to the cashier/salesgirl/bodowoman/or-whatever-she-was to price tag me.

Just before me, there was another Bangla/Nepali/Paki moron who had been waiting for his red and green chillies to be price-tagged as well.

The salesgirl/bodowoman, instead of attending to her customers, was busy telling her mate how to build another Great Wall of Chink China, I suppose. So busy yakking away.

After a few minutes, realising of customers present, she quickly price tagged my tomatoes and gave it to the Bangla/Nepali/Paki. Then she price tagged the chillies and handed it to me. The chillies were good enough to feed an army.

The Bangla/Nepal/Paki guy happily put my tomatoes in his bucket and walked off. He did not even know what he had bought. And I'm still standing there waiting for my tomatoes.

“Mana saya punya barang,” I asked the sales-bodo-girl.

Salesgirl: “Apa barang?”

Me: “Saya punye tomato.”

Sales girl: “Saya mana tau. You mana ade kasi?”

She then realised the huge packet of chillies beside her and gave it to me , “Nah, ini you punyah.”

Me : "Ini saye punye ke? Macamana tomato boleh jadi chilli?

She : "You mane ade beli tomato,"  she shouted.

Then she realised she had given my grocery to the other guy.

She : "Ohh, you punye kawan tadi suda ambik."

I was startled.

Me : "Mana you tau itu saya punye kawan?"

She : "Ada sama muka."

Me : "Aiyoo...memang lu cina bodoh."

She got angry and annoyed and I couldn't care less. I lost my cool and let loose my little acidic vocab on her. The grocery section of the supermarket came to a stand still.

And later, – somehow I caught hold of the "alien" moron and retrieved my four tomatoes. Not only did she give the grocery to the wrong person, she had the four tomatoes price tagged for RM125.00.

Hahahahhaha..Hahahahhaha...

There went my morning grocery shopping.

..I really can't stomach this

"Two of her children Teck Chai, 16, and Pei Fei, 14, quit school to help their mother. They sold their school text books to a recycling centre just to buy rice for the family."

I know poverty. I've seen and gone thru' that myself so I ask, "are we really living in a civilised land or in some remote time forgotten jungle?"

School kids selling their school books to buy food!!!  Oh! come on...this is UNACCEPTABLE.

Books should be kids' best friend. This I learned from my late father and in Malaysia we have school going children selling books for food.

The Malaysian government spends and buys billions of ringgit on stuff we Malaysians don't need or require and yet they can't look after kids in schools. Education is a priceless gift and it should never be traded, not even for gold or let alone all the gold or diamonds amassed.

I understand the poverty stricken kids were given help in the form of money, food and clothing and school books after their story was highlighted by a local daily.

When school children fail to attend school or drop out, it is the onus of the teacher or the Principal of the school to highlight this to the Ministry of Education. Not wait for the whole sympathy showcased to the country via the local government controlled dailies just to insinuate the opposition or the public.

As far as education is concern, issues concerning education, kids truancy, schools not able to provide proper teaching facilities, absenteeism of teachers and low salaries are the paramount onus of the Government of the day.

The very moment we fail to provide that to our kids, we fail as guardians as well period.

Money should be well spent caring and educating the young. We should never at any cost neglect but ensure the future generation are not left out of the mainstream knowledge-gaining spectrum. This is the paramount, a blue print to build a better nation then we have now. What we sow and reap is our utmost responsibility and it is also our duty to leave behind a better future for the younger ones to embrase.

54 years and beyond; never mind who is ruling the country, we're still living in a cloud of shame.

We never should lick what we spill..now should we?

...and this the month of Ramadan ... I remember

I remmy well some long time ago, teaching children from the estates as part of my 'puny" service to the poor and destitute. What I do many call it noble. I call it the answer to my existence.

There was this eleven year-old girl; parents both drunkard and she looking totally ragged out would come to a dilapidated shelter in the middle of a grassless brown pasture. The shelter looked like it had gone thru' a storm and had survived. On weekends, a teacher from a nearby school is always present at this little shelter to teach and guide children who have difficulties with their school work. I was asked to assist. I complied.

This little girl, whom I got to know was rather different and a bit difficult. She, coming from a broken home and not knowing proper manners or any form of chivalry, and there I was on this particular day to help her cope with her little stammering English and Maths.

She was an eager beaver indeed, vibrant as I saw it but something was amiss in her. She gave me a difficult time teaching and this got me angry with my ego busted as well. So, I decided to take a different approach to see if at all I can get to know why she is acting strangely and behaving rather "sapless"

This episode took place in tamil, so I shall translate. In Tamil, "padee" could mean read or learn.

Me : Are you here to study or to fool around? (rough tone)

Little girl : "Padeeke" (to study, and answered lethargically)

Me : I don't see that in you.

The little girl looked up at me startled. She frowned and lay one arm on the old broken table and with the other flipped a few pages from her Science book.

Me again : So, do you want me to teach you or not.

She nodded her head with yesses.

Me : OK, then start reading. I want to hear you read loud. "Padee."

Little girl : "Padee, padee.." everyday "padee padee".. How can I study? Since yesterday I have not eaten anything. Yesterday also no breakfast, today also no breakfast. Aiyooo..uncle, how to "padee"...I am so hungry.

(this was exactly what she told me. My heart stopped and it aches me till now)

No kid let alone a 11 year old had ever made me cry out loud silently.

And there I was to teach her!  huh!

And this the month of Ramadan....

On board the Angel Pitt express...

I've heard about car, buses, boats, planes for charter and have also heard of train charters, but these two with their brood chartered an entire train 'The Virgin' and travelled from London (England) to Glasgow (Scotland).

That's a 667 km journey (5 hours)  and the entire train accommodated Brad Pitt , Angelina Jolie and their children. No one else except the crew.

These best Hollywood couple just told the world money can sure buy anything.

Who in the right frame of mine would wana charter an entire train. Huh!!

A real monster...

Killer father
A father in Louisiana admitted to chopping his 7 year-old son's head off with a meat cleaver and left it in the roadside outside his home so that the child's mother would see it.
A passing motorist saw the decapitated head of Jori Lirette, from Louisiana, and alerted police.
Detectives later found the boy's body in a rubbish sack dumped nearby.
The boy's father, 30-year-old Jeremiah Lee Wright, is alleged to have confessed to decapitating his son.
Jori was a wheelchair bound cerebral palsy kid and fed through a feeding tube.

another moron on the billboard!

This 17-year old with an impending typo-error last name is plastered all over Hollywood after his famous father was found to have fathered a love child.

This is Patrick Swa-too-many-zzz-ggg-eee.

What better way to earn when the father, an ex-barbarian, ex-bodybuilder and ex-Governor was in the news lately.

Do this ....

If you're in a restaurant and find you need to get the waiter/waitress attention but they are nowhere to be seen, or you're neglected even though you been been sitting and waiting to be served, and none cares or bothers to attend to you, then do the below.

wonder who is missing the point!

The recent raid by JAIS on a certain gathering to raise funds under the AIDS program held in a church got many groups and political parties cooking hot. The issue raised by JAIS was rather bemusing - Christians trying to convert Moslems into Christianity. This episode had surely made Malaysia again famous for the most unfathomable and usurious reason.

Ohh! and before I take you any further, PROSELYTISE!... have you come across such a  word..If you did, wow lucky you. I had to dig deep into Goggle and Webster to get to the meaning. Phewwww.

Now back. Let me tell you this, I did at some point in my life grow up in a church, but never knew such a Jurassic work even existed.

Now here's the thing.

In one corner, we've a group that says Moslems were being proselytise by the Christians. In the other, a certain group says what JAIS had done is not constitutional. Both strong accusations. And to the ruling government, this is exactly what they had been waiting for - to have two factions from the same creed to go at-logger at each other whilst they sit and watch the show. Couple with that they sent in their media to make it look like an ape fiesta.

Then came the Selangor state government. The MB said what JAIS had done is wrong blah blah blah and put a gag order over them. This really did not go well and many poked their noses in and a bashing session was in display. I need not say more on this. It's all in the papers but ...

Away from all that cursing, blaming, finger pointing and even brandishing others as kafir, there are things lost in translation that needs gentlemen attention.

Things like ...
  • Moslems raiding churches! Is this allowed?
  • Can Christians raid masjids?
  • Can Moslems in Malaysia be converted to any other religion?
  • The PM visited the Vatican, shook hands with the Pontiff; exchanged diplomatics ties with the Holy-See. Why isn't JAIS questioning the PM?
  • Why do all these problems ONLY occur in Selangor and Penang?
  • What has all this got to do with the political parties on both divides?
The whys are never ending.

Welcome to the Planet of the Apes?

what a shame ..huh!!

This girl or should I say kid is proudly promoting her new line of cosmetics. She is only 14 goodness. Her name is Lourdes.

Only kids who have parents rich and famous are eligible to do such. This one is no exception. She is none other then .... see the pics..you will know who's daughter she is...

Lourdes with mum Madonna
Yearly a billion US dollars is spent on buying cosmetics. That's a lot of money to get oneself pampered with colours and shades.
USD 1 billion dollars could be well used to feed poor, destitute and famine striken children in Africa. I believe there are lots of children in Africa, 14 and not seen the light of day.

Mama or Papa?

You ever wondered what's it like for a kid to grow up fatherless or motherless?

A fatherless child will have to go through life in a very different way and the same for the motherless. But, what happens when a female takes the role of father and the male mother.

Elton John and partner now have twins.

Here's me thinking. When the twins grow up, they would surely be calling both their parents Papa or Dada or are they going to choose which one to call Mama and Papa. Now that aside, when the boys attain school age, won't they be subjected to ridicules?

Scenario 2.
Penny Wong, the Malaysian born Finance Minister of Australia is expecting a baby, but the only think is, she's ain't pregnant. Her partner is - Sophie.
So the same Elton John's scenario sets in but it is now reversed. Who will the child call Papa? Definitely not the one who wears the dress as both parents would don dresses.

Do these parents ever think of the new seed they bring up, the embarrassment, the hit backs, the irony of a kid living with parents both of the same gender?

What do they write on the doted line where it says mother's name or father's name?

We have now come to an age where gay marriages are legalised and accepted by many. Mankind today have grown hormones to like their own gender more then the opposite.

Do these people give a thought for the kids they bring up? Do they know or are they prepared to endure the consequences when these kids of same gender parents grow up to be adults.

Lets fast forward and imagine now is the year 3011, a thousand years in the future.

I gather, people in the future may not believe people of their past actually got married to the opposite sex and had babies. By the time mankind crosses over to the next millennium - society would be so meshed up, confused, men would be used as studs parked away in some oxygenated glass house for sperm production whilst the women may shop for healthy sperms for reproduction. Though funny, I really can't think other wise.

The theory of Darwin's evolution postulated on natural selection and humans from the very descendant of apes may eventually be put to rest as a fabled tale. By 3011 Darwin may only be a fictional character told by 20th century Neanderthals.

Long live same sex marriages.

Thank God, I wont be there to break the champagne.
