But then again, you can always run to the chiropractioner BUT.... ever heard of this "PREVENTATION IS BETTER THAT CURE." Take it from me lah, as a former athelete and someone who knows a thing or two about pains in joints and cures, this message you are reading right now WILL save you the troubles of pain and money spent.



GOLDEN RULES to avoid backaches.
* Sit, Stand and Sleep in a proper manner
* Regular Back exercise [see below]
* Take regular breaks from sitting and standing for long hours
* Use chair with lumbar support
* Do not use high heel shoes
* Sit like Buddha all the time (upright)
