1. Open for all HP employees working in Malaysia only.
2. You will be auto assigned to a group later after the registration confirmed.
3. Do ensure that you have registered in the main registration page before signing up to the football activity. http://services.mys.hp.com/SRC/MiniOlympics/Registration/hp.htm
4. Each employee are only allowed to participate in one category.
5. Registration closes by 16th June, 5.30pm.
6. If you wish to cancel your registration, please email to Committee members 3 working days before event date.
Note: The committee reserves the right to make changes and amendments as deemed necessary subject to further consideration and scrutiny by all parties involves.
