Cost of 'RADAR'  approximately USD3 or MYR10

Why spend millions on high tech geek on radar and surveillance instruments when we have our own extraordinary 'RADAR' at the cost of peanuts?

I can safely say, the entire world & media is either laughing or wondering the technology behind the use of 'USD3 equipement' to track a missing Boeing. 

But then again, what if the coconut, basket, wood and carpet did work? Wow!

I can only say this to the grieving families - sheer sympathies.
