MIC .. are you even needed?

From FMT ...

Quote :

Members of the powerful Central Working Committee (CWC) - MIC’s highest policy making must now without further delay call for an urgent meeting to discuss Article 51 of the party’s constitution and advice members on the status of presidential election.

If this doesn’t happen quickly,  MIC will face a risk of being de-registered simply because G Palanivel’s position as the president is illegitimate. This will and can prompt the Registrar of Society to conduct investigations.

The CWC needs to exercise its powers to make a final and conclusive decision. Elections for all party positions must be held at the soonest.

The CWC shall be responsible for and conduct of the presidential election. The CWC should have appointed an “Election Committee” to conduct the election not later than three months before the expiry of the term of the office of the president.

This is clearly stipulated under Article 58.3 of the party constitution.

Unquote:

To MIC,

* STOP playing God to Malaysian Indians.

* "Powerful CWC" ... when did this CWC get powerful...huh?

* It is laughable your party even has a constitution.

* Are you going to waste time and tax-payers money on this so-called Presidential Election?

* Are you telling us you're relevant?

* What good have you done to Malaysian Indians?

* Ask yourselves - do Indians in Malaysia need you at all?

The majority of Malaysian Indians for the last 50 plus years have survived without any help from you.  So, again the question : What good are you MIC anyway?

You'll be better off pulling up your sleeves and get to the root of what is eating the Indians in Malaysia alive then waste time and money coming up with party constitutions and pondering what and how to go about in electing party presidents or party hopefuls.

You should make way for new hopefuls than sit on the same seat, warm the chair and shake legs for decades (remember your ex-president).
Haven't you realised, Malaysian Indians DON'T need you anymore. We've moved on without you.

Look at MCA - they're already on the way of the dodo. Don't you think it's your turn now?

One thing I do have to hand it you ... you sure know how to strike it rich with arrogance, lofty and unparliamentary bruteness.

You make clowns laugh.

David Beckham .... sob! sob!

sob! sob!

Common, it ain't a BIG DEAL Beckham retiring from football.

He made more money as a mannequin then all the time on the football pitch. He raked in more money lying down as a poster pin-up cute cosmetic faggot then with his froggy legs.

As Alex Ferguson said, maybe he can run the whole day on the football pitch but never played the game as a great. No where near compared to some of the greats who have retired without even a whimper.

What made David Beckham special?

Fans stupidity perhaps! Captained England perhaps! Scored goals from dead ball kicks?  Crazy hair-do? Modeled underwear? His tattoos? Buy cars one don't need? Played for fancy teams? Or played for a team that NEVER can play or win any big time game outside England.

His far too many outside the pitch exploits never equated his puny game wins on the pitch. That's David Beckham from me. I wonder if he ever went to school and completed his formal education?

Do you remember what a wild lad he was in his early days at Old Toilet?

And now, off the pitch, he can concentrate on his fashion and cosmetic entrepreneurship which in many ways sucked big time. Or lend a hand to his wife's new found past time - reinventing designer clothes that had already been redesigned years ago.

With a fortune to feed seven Africas, what more does he want this time even after retirement?

I read, his salary from Paris Saint Germain is given to charity. With such a noble notion, why play, kill your aging body and donate money? Just donate your existing wealth instead. Ask - will he still donate money to charity after retirement? It does not make sense, does it! No one does anything for free. Definitely NOT Beckham.

Fans were duped by his fake popularity. Definitely a  no brainer. And none will kill oneself on the pitch for the sole purpose for humanitarian ground. Definitely not this English ex old toilet stuff.

David Beckham simply put - should be remembered as a hole in the ozone.

Malaysia's new 1Cabinet ...

Malaysia's new and best ever 1Cabinet was revealed by the Premier lately.

Malaysians who made up 80 percent of voters in the just concluded General Elections greeted the victory of the ruling party with 'felicitations' and fanfare. Many offered prayers and thanked the heavens and the stars for a peaceful, honest, fair, free and an un-tainted 2013 un-General Elections.

Many non-citizens and aliens took to the streets and danced to the tunes of 1Malaysia. Some shed tears of joy over the victory. Jubilant Malaysians went on to meet and greet their representatives and elected Parliamentarians in what election pundits had predicted -  a mud slide victory in one of the cleanest lop-sided elections ever in the history of Malaysia.

The Election Commission was gutted with emotion, awe and reverence over the manner they had managed and run the national polls. They did not anticipate their godly wisdom in taking Malaysia thru' a democratic election process would culminate therein after to a Christmas party. Kudos to the EC.

The UN has scrambled a crack team to Malaysia in wanting to learn and know how a nation with a little over 27 million population could make the majority to vote for the right party over and over again for the last 50 something years. The UN team is also under disguise in a 'knowledge-sharing" technology transfer of the electroll system of Malaysia.

World leaders from the Eskimos of North Pole to the Kalahari Bushmen warriors in Africa raced to send their congratulatory messages to the Premier on his well earned mud slide victory. As we speak, many nations stuck in war zones territories are risking their lives to send their messages via aircraft without engines.  It's believed the messages will reach the Premier five years from now, hopefully during PRU14.

Some leaders sent their emails as postal votes anticipating a sure victory by the ruing ruling party while others came by submarines to send their heart felt regards and congratulations.

Countries around the Asian region namely Bangladesh, India, Myanmar, Nepal, Vietnam, Indonesia and Sri Lanka sent in their people as reinforcements to pay their congratulatory regards via votes. The new Malaysian 1Cabinet extended their warmest thanks to all who heaped and jumped in to cast votes. Many in other parts of the world namely the Chinese from China scaled the Great Wall of China to get here to vote. No one told them Malaysia had actually used up all the Chinese nationals here, there and everywhere to vote.

The fact Martians and Nubians are allowed to vote in Malaysia is only perpetrated by the Opposition party to derail the Election. Don't be misled. The Malaysian Government is trying hard for the last 50 years to show its citizens and its neighboring nations the true meaning of democracy. They even managed to get Yap Ah Loy and his tomb mates to vote as well.

Countries who sent in their votes via post and upon hearing the same party for over 50 years have won via FREE, FAIR and JUSTIFIED elections, flew the Jalur UnGemilang in their respective countries as a show of solidarity and respect. United Nations will pass a resolution to ensure in future all nations copy Malaysia's election blue print for the future and the well being of democracy.

** this just came in :
For those sore losers and dejected voters who have voted and see their democratic right to vote and be heard dashed, you're gracefully invited to leave the country (MIGRATE) to another nation to vote and be merry.

Many nations within the region of ASEAN and Asia are offering free citizenship for Malaysians to go there and rig their elections as well. So, our new caring 1Cabinet is making it all possible for all disheartened Malaysians on a one way ticket to an away land. That's why we're still under the leadership of 1Malaysia and 1Cabinet. They really really care, don't they?

But then if you turn the other cheek and plan to stay on and if the same party wins the PRU14, you stand a better chance to migrate to the moon or mars. Malaysia is making all effort to send 1Melayu to the moon or mars soon to establish diplomatic relationship with our inter stellar planets. Sorry,  Malaysia will not send a Chinese as he/she may cause a cosmic wave and land in China instead. Anyway, the choice is yours.
++ Don't bother knowing about Indians. They'll prolly land in the Indian Ocean.

And for Malaysians who are lost, confused, angry, disappointed, cheated, taken for a ride over the victory of democracy in Malaysia, the below will ensure you're still in safe hands of the newly elected 1Cabinet of Malaysia.

                                   Malaysia's 1Cabinet pile-up

                            The 1Cabinet comprises the below:

                                                Wood -

                                                Doors

                                                Drawers

                                               Glass.

                                               Nails

                                                       Pliers.

                                                    Hammers.

                                                Crowbar

                                                Screws

                                                   Paint

                                               Formica

                                               Latches.

and Termites

Long live Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam, Indonesia, Laos, Cambodia, India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, battered maids and Ibrahim Ali for making PRU13 the best Democratic election ever.

Till we wait for PRU14 for more cheats, rigging, bluff, scandals, bullshit and tainted Democracy....here's me bidding you Goodwill and God Speed.

The good, the bad and now the ugly ...

He claimed Najib is the only one who endorsed plans for the
betterment of Malaysian Indians in Malaysia ...

He claimed after countless meetings with
Pakatan Rakyat (24 times), they never committed
to endorse his HINDRAF blueprint ...

He claimed he had no choice but to go with the tide and play
safe for the betterment of Malaysian Indians ...

From a HINDRAF activist to now a Minister ....
I say all hail to our new ...

Funny but True ....

Former law minister Zaid Ibrahim's  quote and unquote :

“In the past, we allowed Najib some room to make contradicting statements as he was surrounded by hardliners in the party and he needed to bid his time."

“But enough is enough. We can see now Najib is afraid to do the right thing for the country. His 1Malaysia is a sham. I blame him for allowing this racist attacks, just to pander to Umno delegates so he can retain power at the party elections scheduled for end of the year.”

“All Najib needs to do is ask the Umno supreme council to pass a resolution that no one should challenge him for the party presidency. That’s right. The Umno supreme council has the power to override the party constitution, which no other party in the world has, including the Communist Party of China.”

“So there is no need to unleash the keris or for Utusan to get all these half-baked Malay leaders to spout hate”

“So please, spare innocent Malaysians of your Umno games. We want peace and harmony, not hate politics,”

United We Stand ...

The below is extracted from a prominent blog.

Quote :

"At the historic Hari Bangsa Malaysia : Selamatkan Demokrasi gathering at the KL & Selangor Chinese Assembly Hall last night, several NGOs issued the following statement :

On 10 May, 2013, Solidariti Mahasiswa Malaysia (SMM), supported by Solidariti Anak Muda Mahasiswa Malaysia (SAMMM)  and several  other NGOs, submitted a memorandum to the Elections Commission (EC) to :-
  • place on record the concerns of the rakyat with regard to the widespread irregularities and fraud observed on polling day 5 May 2013;
  •  demand the EC forthwith proffer explanations in respect of the numerous matters raised in the memorandum;
  • declare the rakyat reject the outcome of the 13th General Election as announced by the EC;
  •  demand, given the present EC, given the manner of their conduct of the 13th GE, are perceived as biased and totally unprofessional, that a new Election Commission be immediately constituted, thus requiring the present EC forthwith tender their resignations;
  • demand a newly constituted EC, comprising individuals of unquestionable integrity and who will enjoy the confidence of the rakyat, oversee the holding of fresh elections;
  •  declare any government now appointed under the leadership of Dato Seri Najib Tun Razak does not enjoy the mandate of a majority of legitimate voters.
  • We also note subsequent to the presentation of the memorandum, the EC had been given seven (7) days to respond, failing which, the rakyat would take to the streets in protest  to pursue these demands.

We have since read in full the memorandum presented to the EC and now indorse the memorandum in solidarity with SMM, SAMMM and the several other NGOs.
We also join SMM, SAMMM and the several other NGOs in warning the EC that unless these demands are adhered to, they will have to face protests by the rakyat until these demands are met.

  • Asalkan Bukan UMNO (ABU)
  • Kill The Bill
  • Mama Bersih
  • Parti Sosialis Malaysia (PSM)
  • Tindak Malaysia
  • Parti Rakyat Malaysia
  • REFSA
  • GM13
  • PRO-Mahasiswa
  • Angkatan Pembebasan Bangsa Malaysia
At the end of the evening’s program, a declaration was drafted, read out and approved by all present.

The declaration, in substance :

We, the rakyat, reject the results of the 13th GE as announced by the EC, and call for the resignation or sacking of the presently constituted EC.

We demand that fresh elections, free and fair, be held and be conducted by a newly constituted EC that enjoys the confidence of the rakyat.

To this end, we call on 1 million rakyat to rally in Kuala Lumpur on a date soon to be set."

Unquote.

.....a plus note  :

When all else fails even the little democracy of voting in all fairness taken away, what else is there to expect...?

Bersih's Ambiga run up to GE13 aftermath

Quote  :

"We've received many reports of electoral fraud in the GE13. Until a fact-finding mission is completed, we're withholding recognition of the new government.”

"Finding mission will be set up in a week’s time. The panel will consist of election experts. We call for the boycott of mainstream media such as the New Straits Times, The Star, Berita Harian and Utusan Malaysia."

“We urge people to boycott them as they've lent their hand to the fraudulence perpetrated on the rakyat."

“We urge the rakyat to wear black in the next one month in protest of the electoral fraud.”

"All members of the Election Commission (EC) to resign immediately. The EC has failed to ensure a clean, free and fair election process. The entire commission should resign unless they can provide evidence to prove otherwise."

“We call for people who have first-hand information of fraud or other irregularities to come forward to make police reports. We encourage all candidates who have suffered as a result of electoral fraud to file election petitions.”

“One of the tragic instances that took place was when the rakyat had to take matters into their own hands.  They had to take matters into their own hands to ensure the election is not taken away from them when it should have been the EC’s responsibility. Ultimately, it was up to the rakyat to ensure a clean and fair election."

“When they started announcing the results, they only announced the wins of the ruling government. There were delays in the announcement of wins for the opposition and suddenly there was a freezing of results."

“We're told recountings took place and instances of electricity at various counting centres suddenly going off. The electricity always goes off at the most ‘opportune’ moments; these instances are definitely not unusual as it has happened before in the previous elections. All these show how the election has been far from clean and fair.”

...and how do we go from now?

Well!  its finally over and done .

The result is saddening. In a multicultural and multiracial nation Malaysia, we finally buried DEMOCRACY and gave birth to pure crude racism. In clear mind, all that won in GE13 was race, religion, hatred and fraud. This owing to the results in the wake of a 'tsunami', give and take a few who lost in the wake of championing their creed and colour - I say to them, GOOD RIDDANCE.

The headline read - BN got a hollow victory. Hollow or empty-tincan, a victory is still a victory no matter how well smudged it is or how dirty the results are manipulated. In any language spelt and written, victory spells victory and none other. But here, I can't say if the victors won to gain or lay brittle with uncertainties?

Kudos to all victors - ruling and opposition ends. Hope this will spur you to move to a higher echelon of trust and responsibility if that's what your oath says of yourself on nomination day.

Come what may or may not come, that's no more to ponder. We've to move on, trudge further and explore what vastness is out there in all little democracy we've saved ending the 13th General Election.

To all outgoing politician 'stalwarts', the Sun still shines upon you and to all incoming newbies, the nation awaits on your oath of statesmanship.

Thank you.

BN ... you sure know how to win ..
